Thanks for stopping by and caring and sharing xxxKakkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16376864098492915312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747327407723520376.post-74656742761761400732012-10-21T12:38:13.958+08:002012-10-21T12:38:13.958+08:00Love it, a bit of a paddle in the pity pool - that...Love it, a bit of a paddle in the pity pool - that bought a big smile to my face - thanks EC. Thanks for always being here and indulging my moans and groans but finding a positive spin for me too. xxxKakkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16376864098492915312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747327407723520376.post-17176409213421398022012-10-21T12:36:00.575+08:002012-10-21T12:36:00.575+08:00Just trying hard to deal Mum. This can take weeks, as Doctors tend to titrate more slowly than we do. Talk to him about whether it's ok with you to titrate yourself. If your BGLs are consistently to high in the mornings, then go up by 2 units or so every second day, is how I do it).

I'm sorry about the weight issue. Hopefully you won't need a terribly high dose, and at this stage, just the one type of insulin. I'm hoping that you find it isn't too bad as far as that side of things go. May I ask what you're on?TheThingsIdTellYouhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06864291645372635512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747327407723520376.post-65178310809096713972012-10-20T15:08:39.811+08:002012-10-20T15:08:39.811+08:00Be kind to yourself. You are allowed to have a bit of a moan, and a paddle in the pity pool as well. You wouldn't be human if you didn't.
That said, I am happy to see faint glimmers of light in this post. I think you may be starting off on the same regime I began on. Only problem you may have is with the length of the pen but I am sure you will cope OK especially as it is all going to be so much easier. I know you will succeed as so many people love you and you won't want to let them down let alone let yourself down. xxxxMimsiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00249766510078357225noreply@blogger.com
