I'd hoped that the pain doctor may have lifted your spirits somewhat. It's good that the pool will be open again soon too. It would be hoping for too much if this same doctor could give me some hope but doubt that it's possible after what Dr G said a few years back. Fusing is an option but I think the worst that can happen is you have a stiffness in your back so not so flexible. Thing is how flexible are you right now? Just sending you my love and the hope that there truly is some light at the end of that seemingly endless tunnel. xxxMimsiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00249766510078357225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747327407723520376.post-71544241982169988342012-09-29T12:52:50.013+08:002012-09-29T12:52:50.013+08:00Thank you EC, and please, keep upright - lol. I did a bit of research (at 3 am when I couldn't sleep) and it appears that as a last resort they can fuse the SI joint and that will give me 100% guarantee of no pain, but then of course it causes other issues. He is the first doctor to agree with me that the issue is my SI joints not the bulging disc at L4/L5 but he is going to zap that as well I believe. Wobbly dances of joy here too. xxxKakkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16376864098492915312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4747327407723520376.post-31496984035524415762012-09-29T12:32:28.709+08:002012-09-29T12:32:28.709+08:00Wobbly dances of joy from here. Everything crossed for you (except the bits I need to stay upright).Elephant's Childhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06650565833097914052noreply@blogger.com
